How soon can we have a furniture package?
You can have a package within 4 – 6 weeks from placing your order and transfer deposit into company account.

Do I need to pay any deposit after ordering??
Yes, you have to pay 70% deposit with signing the Assignment contract and 30% due 5 days before installation. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or in cash.

Note: All expenses for transferring money are at the client's account.

Is there any express service available?
You can order express delivery, which will be ready in 10 working days. You have to pay 30% extra for express delivery.

Do BG Decor Ltd. offer fabric choices?
Yes. BG Decor Ltd. have selected fabrics which co-ordinate with the various furniture collections. This is an ideal way of making sure your personal effects will co-ordinate with whatever furniture package you choose - resulting in a 'complete designer look'. All our packages have been designed by our experienced design team.

Can we personalise our furniture package?
Yes, in addition to choosing different kind of packages we offer also a large variety of the furniture styles a just a few are listed below:

		Choose between two attached single beds with one piece headboards, one double bed or two separate single beds)
		All sofa arrangements come with different fabric and colour options
		Kitchen and bedroom furniture come with different fabric and colour options
		Lounge and dining room curtains come in over 10 colour choices

Can I order extra items, not listed in your web site?
Yes, you can order extra items, not listed in the furniture packages and not listed in the additional extras.

Do I have to pay any extra for furniture fitting or transportation?
You don't have to pay for installing the furniture , fitting the kitchen or for transportation. It`s free of charge.

Do I have to be there when BG Decor Ltd. install and fit the furniture package?
We arrange everything. We arrange to get the keys from the developer or Estate Agent and sort everything out. You do not have to be present and you do not have to do a thing - Just enjoy your new home from day one.

Is there any guarantee for the furniture and electrical appliances?
We provide 1 year guarantee for all furniture items and 3 years guarantee for electrical appliances.

Is there any difference between the published price and the final price?
There may be a difference between the price quoted in the web site and your final price. The price depends on:

		The kitchen's length (the packages include 3 m kitchen's length)
		The extra items you order
		If you want specially designed furniture
